The village of Ripley is located in the Guildford district of Surrey. In spite of being a village, it boasts a booming local economy due to the presence of numerous cafes, antique stores, restaurants, theatres and art galleries in the region. Ripley Green is the most well-known landmark in the vicinity, home to the Ripley Cricket Club since the mid 1800s. In fact, cricket has been played here for more than two centuries, making it a notable venue for the sport. Clandon train station is the closest railhead in the area, accessible by bus and road. Numerous destinations in Surrey can be accessed from here. If you wish to travel onwards to London, you can get access to direct train services from Woking or Guildford Stations, both of which are a short bus ride away.
