Based across two buildings we have 29 serviced offices with varied work station set up and a co-working office with a maximum of 6 shared spaces. Our very competitive all inclusive packages include all the benefits of a private office and more. We predominantly provide serviced office space, co working space, meeting rooms and we are a viewing suite venue for market research too.

We are HBAA and MIA accredited in our meeting rooms, BCA accredited in our office space and provide AQR, VFA and MRS accredited viewing suites. We have also just won the Hertfordshire Business award for our outstanding customer services.

We are a based in Kings Langley, close to Hemel Hempstead and Watford, on junction 20 of the M25 and A41 and we are also located just next to Kings Langley train station.

Our all-inclusive serviced office workstation pricing includes a 2MB dedicated fibre optic line, Ruckus Wi-Fi usage, a VOIP handset per desk and parking on site. We appreciate that our clients all have different requirements; so with this in mind we are more than happy to put together a bespoke package to suit their needs. Our serviced office package also includes all furniture within the office, access to kitchen facilities, 24 hour access to the building, daily office cleaning and general maintenance.

Our rates also include buildings insurance, local authority business rates and utilities too.
