The Centre is approached via electronic gates giving security to the building and parked vehicles outside of normal office hours. Access is granted to the Business Centre to all tenants twenty four hours a day, seven days a week.
Office rents include rates, light, heat and service charge and are approx £19.50 per sq ft. Light industrial and storage areas are offered at approximately £9.00 sq ft and the electricity is metered.
