Manama (or Al Manama) is the capital and largest city in the country of Bahrain. Bahrain is an archipelago made up of 49 islands. The main island for the small country of Bahrain is 30 miles long and 10 miles wide, and has a 100 miles coastline. The country has a population of just over 150,000.
