As new flexible workspace locations continue to crop up all over London this month, office provider Business Cube open theirs in a highly sought after location on Worship Street in Shoreditch, close to the Silicon Roundabout.
Fully refurbished to a high standard, this latest building provides occupiers with around of 1635 sq ft of prime office space. Benefiting from air conditioning, fully fitted kitchenettes and bathrooms on every floor, the 4 individual floors on offer are perfect for medium to large size businesses seeking a creative and flexible, modern working environment.
An insider’s perspective
We caught up with Business Cube’s Sales & Operations Manager, Luke Trusselle to get more of an insight into the new space.
What makes this workspace unique?
With 21 Worship Street, we have really tried to listen to the feedback we received from potential clients when showing them around similar spaces within our portfolio. The building is aimed at medium to larger companies who are seeking true flexibility within a high spec working environment.
To that end, we have spent a lot of time looking at such things as the furniture and the layout that would suit such flexibility, and we feel that we have struck the right balance between design and productivity with the end result.
What the building offers is effectively a self-contained feel on each floor where clients have their own meeting room, WCs and kitchen area. This is about as leasehold as you can get but without the confines, restrictions and liabilities leases can present.
We are looking forward to working closely with a handful of clients that will be occupying the space to make their office feel like a true ‘home for their business’, with the support of the Business Cube Management team.
Who is the workspace geared towards?
Medium to large clients who are keen to have a light, airy working environment for their staff. Clients that are seeking a London presence, close to Old Street and Moorgate but with the scope to make the space their own.
We are offering a finished product, but with the ability for the client to put their own stamp on the space when it comes to branding, internal decoration and layout.
So far the reaction within the Market has been a positive one and we hope that will continue as we work closely with key brokers such as Search Office Space to source the right clients in the months to come.
Why should someone move to Worship Street in 2017?
Because this size and specification of space doesn’t always come to market very often. Usually clients needing around 2,000 sq ft may have to take on a lease and will also have to foot the cost of refurbishing the office to get it to the standard they need. They would also have to consider reception staff, facilities management, telecoms…the list is quite an exhaustive one!
But with Worship Street, we have taken the pain out of all that and, as we already sold one of the floors before completing the project, we are confident the interest we currently have will mean full occupancy will be achieved within a few months of launch.
Can you sum up the workspace in 3 words?
Beautiful, individual, honest.
