HFS Clinics, the multi-faceted health and wellbeing services provider, was on the look-out for a suitable property in which to open their latest rejuvenative clinic in London.
It fell to Search Office Space sales consultant Richard Winton to scour the capital for a unique space, fully equipped to support both physiotherapy space and a host of healthcare equipment, yet welcoming enough to create a relaxed and refreshing atmosphere.
“About two weeks ago, I received one of my more unusual calls. HFS wanted space to fit a healthcare clinic somewhere close to Liverpool Street station, with private rooms to house two physiotherapists”, Richard said.
“They’re a great company and have been on a bit of a run recently; must be the weather! I researched some of their other centres to find out what kind of template had worked in the past, and proposed Servcorp’s offices at Dashwood House because I knew the clean lines and subtle lighting would complement their branding.
“They gave me a watertight brief with a concrete idea of the price and location… [so] it was an absolute pleasure working with them and I’m looking forward to helping out with their next project.”
The chosen property, Dashwood House, is a sleek glass tower with panoramic views across the corporate spires of the surrounding financial district. Situated on the capital’s famous Old Broad Street, Servcorp’s offices boast a light and spacious design, with floor to ceiling windows and stylish monochrome features, broken by flashes of vivid red.
Ideally located for the strained city worker, the property sits opposite Liverpool Street station and provides a host of facilities to help run a successful enterprise with the minimum of capital investment. And, with a bright, clean lay-out conducive to clinical procedures, Richard had hit upon the perfect recipe.
For finding a space that has serious corporate appeal whilst maintaining the highest healthcare standards, Richard Winton’s deal with HFS Clinics gets the nod as Search Office Space’s Deal of the Week.
