About Carter Lane

Situated within a stone’s throw of St Paul’s Cathedral, this design-led property provides private offices, event space, a business lounge and meeting rooms across 14,000 sq ft of space. Each office contains excellent natural light, and top of the range furnishings make for a comfortable working environment.

Danielle Jones, Head of Sales,  is incredibly proud of the new project. She explains:

“Carter Lane is another fantastic example of our boutique workplace product. As the leading provider of flexible workspace set within smaller, intimate buildings, it is important we keep being innovative with the building design and what benefits we can offer our clients. London is one of the biggest cities in the world for our market because it’s unique and cool, so we treat every building we acquire with a fresh look.

“Clients can enjoy our communal facilities such as the event space, bar area and roof terrace but they can build and maintain their own company culture behind their own office door.”

Clients can enjoy our communal facilities such as the event space, bar area and roof terrace but they can build and maintain their own company culture behind their own office door. Furthermore, we are able to offer self-contained floors of office space and memberships so that we can capture start-ups as well as PLC’s. There is something for everybody.”

Location, location, location

St Paul’s is a popular location because of its excellent transport links and proximity to the City and West End. Carter lane itself is packed full of unique independent restaurants: take your clients to Krua by Nathong for Thai cuisine in stylish surroundings, or chill with your fellow Carter Lane coworkers at The Fat Bear – the quintessential American diner experience! Dating back to the 13th century, the road is rich in history and this is reflected in the charm and beauty of the building.

Transportation is always considered a top priority, so it’s good to know City Thameslink, St Paul’s and Blackfriars stations are just a short walk away.

Commuter insight: Did you know there are 18 trains per hour from City Thameslink to Kings Cross St Pancras? This means occupiers can reach London’s international hub in just 10 minutes!
