Winter Park is a city located in Orange County, Florida. It is part of the Orlando–Kissimmee Metropolitan Statistical Area. The city spreads over twenty-two and a half miles and is populated with more than twenty-eight thousand inhabitants. The city is home to educational institutions, like Rollins College and Full Sail University, as well as to the Charles Hosmer Morse Museum of American Art. Winter Park features park spaces, a historical area with small streets, residential areas, train station, shopping district, museums, golf course and others. Several festivals are held through the year in the city, including the Sidewalk Art Festival, the Bach Festival, and the Winter Park Concours d’Elegance.
Major employers in the city are organizations in the sphere of health, education, administration, retail, and publishing. Companies with office space or other facilities in the area include the Winter Park Memorial Hospital, Rollins College, Orange County Public Schools, City of Winter Park, the supermarket Publix, the magazine publishing company Bonnier, and Adventist Health System.

Winter Park features historical buildings which are more than a hundred years old. It has a lot to offer in terms of sights and activities. With its museums and historical landmarks, gardens and bowling alleys, it has been referred to by former president A. Getting to the city is quite easy, as two airports are within twenty miles distance: Orlando International Airport (15 miles) and Orlando Sanford International Airport (19 miles). They provide domestic and international flights from Orlando and Sanford respectively. Reaching the city by train is possible by the Amtrak train routes Silver Star and Silver Meteor. The downtown of Winter park is easily to walk around as it is compact.
