Weston is a city, located in Broward County, Florida. Being the most western in the County, it is part of the Miami–Fort Lauderdale–Pompano Beach Metropolitan Statistical Area. Weston is close to the subtropical wetlands known as the Everglades. The city is spread over sixty eight square kilometers, populated with over sixty-six thousand inhabitants. The city has been ranked in previous years as the best to live in Florida, the nineteenth US ‘Biggest Earners’ city, eighteenth for largest job growth, and one of the US most affordable suburbs. A famous historical sight in the city is the ancient paleo-Indian and Tequesta Indian burial mound.
