Saint Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport (IATA:PIE) is an alternative situated only 25 miles away. There is train service via Amtrak’s Silver Service with daily access to/from New York City or Miami to Tampa. Tampa is easily accessible via the major interstate highways. The area is also served by bus lines. There are several cruise ships operating from Tampa, mostly to Caribbean islands and Mexico. Tampa also has the TECO Line Streetcar that runs from Whiting and Franklin Streets downtown to Centennial Park in Ybor City with several stops along the way. There is also an In-Town trolley.
