Phoenix is the capital and largest city in the state of Arizona, in the United States of America. Public transportation in Phoenix is provided by Valley METRO bus and light rail services. The METRO Light Rail runs from central Phoenix to Mesa, in the east of Arizona, and METRO bus offers routes all across the city. Phoenix is also a bicycle friendly city. Several major freeways run through Phoenix and there is access to interstates 10 and 17.
