Our professionally trained staff stands ready to assist tenants in virtually any task that will help grow their businesses. The staff greets visitors, answers phones and pre-screens callers, takes messages, receives and forwards mail, prepares and meters packages for FedEx and UPS shipping, handles catering logistics, and prepares mass mailings. They can assist in photocopying, sending/receiving faxes, and providing secretarial and admin support, including word-processing and spreadsheet preparation.
Available suite services include free reserved parking, full use of any of the Suite?s four kitchenettes and two lounges, a free gourmet coffee service (coffee, tea and filtered water), full janitorial and utilities, 7/24 entry to private offices, and on-demand access to all presentation and communications equipment.
