It is located on the north side of Wall Street between Broad Street and William Street. It was first known as Bank of Manhattan Trust Building when it was built. Battery Park and the Whitehall Terminal Manhattan (South Ferry) are both within walking distance from the property. Central Park is half an hour away by public transport or 20 minutes by car/ taxi.
