Liberty Plaza is home to One Liberty Plaza, a skyscraper in Lower Manhattan, in New York City. The building has 54 floors and each floor offers almost 1 acre of office space, making it one of the largest office buildings in New York. It previously housed the headquarters of Merrill Lynch and is now home to a number of companies and new businesses including Startup Institute. The building is bordered by Broadway, Cortlandt Street, Church Street, and Liberty Street. South of the building is Zucotti Park, which was previously known as Liberty Plaza Park. There are countless amenities in the area, including restaurants, bars, retail outlets, museums, libraries and convenience stores.
