Larkspur is a city located in the state of California, in the United States. It is situated in Marin County 3 miles south of San Rafael. Larkspur is north of San Francisco near Mount Tamalpais. Larkspur is home to the Golden Gate Transit’s Larkspur Landing. This is the main ferry terminal for service between Marin County and the San Francisco Ferry Building. Over 6,000 people per day take this ferry.
The Larkspur Ferry provides direct access to the financial district of San Francisco and the Embarcadero Center. The center is made up of four 30 to 45 story buildings.
