office space Dallas
Located in the northeast section of Texas and home to 1.2 million residents, Dallas is the eighth largest city in the United States. Its close proximity to Arlington and Fort Worth add to and make the metropolitan area a population close to 6.2 million people. Most people that are visiting Dallas come by air through the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport or Love Field. If you are coming by car from the south, I-45 is the major highway to travel. If you are coming into Dallas from the north, you can use either I-35 or US 75 south.
While in Dallas, there is something for everyone. Dallas is home to professional sports teams like the Dallas Mavericks and Dallas Stars. It is also home to America's Team, the Dallas Cowboys of the NFL. If it is history you are interested in, the Dealey Plaza National Historic Landmark District is a must see. Here you will find the Texas School Depository and the 6th Floor Museum. Adjacent to the plaza you will find The John F. Kennedy Memorial Plaza. Fun for the whole family includes a trip to the Dallas Zoo or the Zero Gravity Thrill Rides Amusement Park.
Downtown Dallas is very desirable for all types of businesses. With the addition of many restaurants, condos, and hotels, downtown Dallas is becoming an increasingly desirable place to put commercial office spaces. There is a current 20% vacancy rate in the downtown area in office rentals, making it easier for tenants to find desirable downtown office rental locations.
New multi-tenant construction is not being built at the moment but there are plenty of already existing shared office spaces. There is a plethora of commercial real estate and general office space available. Small boutique office rental spaces are growing in popularity as well. There are many rent only packages and most rental companies/landlords are offering "plus electric" leases. Prices for leasing a shared office space can begin from as low as $350.
