Avondale is a city in Maricopa County, in the state of Arizona, in the United States of America. It is 19 miles from Phoenix, Arizona. All New England, plus the state of Pennsylvania would fit inside Arizona. The mostly residential and light commercial city serves as a bedroom community for the greater Phoenix area.
