We have nice class-B office space from 150 to 2100 sf. We are not Executive Suites. Our rates are some of the best in Atlanta, and we are located in a prime location midway between Buckhead and Sandy Springs.
All of our offices are wired for high-speed Internet connections that we make available to tenants for a small monthly fee.
The rent includes all utilities, plus use of a shared full T1 internet line. (Router with firewall is required for all tenants.) Tenants are responsible for their own phones/phone systems. The spaces come unfurnished. One or two year leases are the norm with some tenants having three year leases. Parking is plentiful and free for tenants. The buildings are under new ownership as of May 2006 and have undergone renovations to include wallpaper in the bathrooms, roof work, landscaping, exterior of the buildings were pressure washed and painted, the interior hallways were painted, art work was installed on the walls in the public areas, and motion activated security cameras were installed at each of the entrances.
