Over 35 eateries and several extended-stay hotels lie within a mile of the Suites. The famous Del Mar beaches lie only two miles to the west.
SES is also the only facility in San Diego designed specifically for executive suites, with skylights, open-air walkways, and a floor plan that affords exterior, sun-lit views from every space.
All of SES’ 56 single- and multi-office suites are fully furnished, and all come with free Internet access and state-of-the-art Voice-Over-IP telephony.
The common areas in our handsome 2-story, 14,000-square-foot building were recently renovated with granite countertops and bird’s-eye maple paneling. An elegant foyer adjoins a glass-enclosed conference room and a huge boardroom -- totaling over 600 sq. ft. of prestigious meeting space. On the second floor, a dozen skylights illuminate common areas, floor-to-ceiling windows grace the east-facing side, and open-air walkways ring the central courtyard.

Our professionally trained staff stands ready to assist tenants in virtually any task that will help grow their businesses. The staff greets visitors, answers phones and pre-screens callers, takes messages, receives and forwards mail, prepares and meters packages for FedEx and UPS shipping, handles catering logistics, and prepares mass mailings. They can assist in photocopying, sending/receiving faxes, and providing secretarial and admin support, including word-processing and spreadsheet preparation.
Available suite services include free reserved parking, full use of any of the Suite’s four kitchenettes and two lounges, a free gourmet coffee service (coffee, tea and filtered water), full janitorial and utilities, 7/24 entry to private offices, and on-demand access to all presentation and communications equipment. Professional on-site management helps resolve problems quickly and effectively.
