These turnkey offices range in size from 250 to 410 sq. ft. and come complete with receptionists, conference rooms, full kitchens, and more - all in a brand new, beautifully decorated 7,000 sq. ft. building. Each fully-furnished suite features phone and Internet access, and includes heat, AC and most other utilities and services.
All suites are completely insulated (between both walls and floors) with sound-dampening batting. In addition, the HVAC system features individual zones for each and every office. Plus, the smaller amount of tenants means there are fewer cars in the parking lot and everyone has a shorter walk from their car to their office.
Additional architectural features include hardwood flooring in all 1st floor suites, cherry paneling in reception, a large front porch, a full-service kitchen, and even two wood burning fireplaces & all in a mission-style design.
