In our unique executive environment of Hookston Square we offer suites ranging from 100 to 250 square feet and cluster suites; a fully equipped conference and training room; well designed and appointed common areas; and a solid base of secretarial and support services.
We currently have four offices available ranging from 105 to 160 square feet and $675.00 to $850 per month. Your monthly fee includes:
Receptionist Services -- From 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., receptionist will greet and announce your clients and visitors.
Mail Room Services -- Incoming mail is delivered to your personal mail compartment. Outgoing mail is weighed, metered, and delivered to the postal drop box.
Lunchroom -- Spacious, decorative atmosphere with refrigerator, microwave, and beverage and snack machine.
Conference Rooms -- Accomodates 4-10 guests/clients; reservations recommended.
Complimentary Coffee, Tea, and Bottled Water
Fitness Center -- Complete exercise facility with priveate locker rooms, sauna and showers -- available to tenants at Hookston Square.
