The floor has gone through a $2 million re-installation and buildout, in a modern, lobby-attendant building, with 3 state-of-the art elevators, and magnificent views of all the arhetectural wonders in the area, including the Empire State Building, Flat Iron Building, and the New York LIfe and Met Life Buildings across the Park.
The buildout was done up in a Tuscan motif, wiith fine imported tiles, artwork, sculptures and lighting from Italy; waterfalls, indoor gardens, a roof deck, bright hardwood floors, and the walls are painted in earthtones, with our two piazzas finished in Venetian plaster.
The community features two beautiful areas for social gatherings: The Piazza Benvenuta by the entry to the facility to our floor; and the Piazza Amicizia under the skylight TV lounge and next to the Al Fresco Trattoria on-site dining area.
