We are currently offering a 10'x12' exterior (window) office with phones, high speed internet, furniture and parking for the price of $750/month, all inclusive. We only have a limited amount of these so please call to set up an appointment to come by!
We have implemented a new "fat free" concept to provide a lower cost alternative to the more expensive executive suites in the area.
Our offices are fully wired for T-1 internet access and a multi-line Nortel phone system. Suite sizes range from 108 to 252 square feet. Four conference rooms are available for unlimited use, at no charge to the customer.
We also have a 30-person training facility, which can be rented on partial or full daily basis. The offices are fully furnished at very flexible terms.
The center is directly across from Lenox Square Mall, and within walking distance of Phipps Plaza, the Ritz Carlton, The Westin, and many other hotels, restaurants, and retail shops.
It has excellent access to GA-400 and 1-85, as well as to two MARTA stations. The building has a cafe, newsstand, dry-cleaning services, a hair salon, covered parking, and 24-hour security.
