SOS help clients find serviced/managed offices in locations worldwide. We have a comprehensive list of properties which provide flexible, ready-to-go office space (with pre-installed furniture, IT and telecoms), suitable for short/medium term needs, projects, interim space etc.
Not only do we list well known large groups of business centers but also independent and smaller operators, that can often provide the perfect, cost effective solution. So whenever you have a requirement, no matter what the size, one person up to several hundred people, for any period up to 5 years, we will ensure that you consider all suitable options.
We do not compete with traditional agents because we do not deal with conventional leases, which is why corporate clients enjoy their own independent relationship with SOS.
We do not charge a finders fee because we get paid by the landlord, however we do represent your interests and will negotiate the best terms possible on your behalf. We have no special allegiances with any business center operators, so you benefit from our independent recommendations and advice.
Please let us know if you have any surplus office space within your real estate portfolio that could be suitable for use as a Business Center. If so then we may be able to introduce one of the business center operators on our network with a view to arranging a management contract, joint venture, lease or purchase
