The town and civil parish of Thame is located in Oxfordshire in the South East of England. It gets its name from the River Thame, which flows by the town. With a history that dates back to Anglo Saxon times, this is a vibrant and charming town with plenty to explore. You will find a variety of landmarks and places of interest within the town, some of which provide a peek into the past of the area. In addition to this, the town has been home to a variety of famous people over the years, including Robin Gibb from the Bee Gees, who lived there until he died in 2012.
