A small town known for its marketplace, Sudbury is located in the county of Suffolk in East England. Situated along the banks of River Stour, it boasts a twice-weekly market that was established in the 11th century. Sudbury has quite a few attractions including the Statue of Thomas Gainsborough as well as Gainsborough House, the artist’s home which is now a museum.
