The village of Radlett is located in the Borough of Hertsmere, in the county of Hertfordshire. Even though it is quite a small sized village, it has the distinction of being one of the most prosperous places in all of Britain. Its proximity and fantastic connectivity to the City of London have made it a preferred residential location for affluent people, with numerous million pound homes in the area, boasting gorgeous Victorian architecture. While the region was largely ignored up until the 19th century, the opening of the Midland Railway in the late 1800s transformed it entirely.
