Office Space Description

The centre provides high tech, managed offices in a 'Head Office' environment, with boardroom and meeting facilities. Serviced Office options are also available.

The centre uses relocatable double glazed, glass partitioning to create flexible and changeable office layouts. It is this state of the art, highly sound proofed partitioning, incorporating variable setting blinds which in part create the centre's "high tech" appearance. Using this technique, a tenant may start with an office shell and design the required office layout.

We offer several large offices (1,500 sq ft or above) where rents per sq ft are lower than general price list and service charges are negotiable depending upon the extent that a tenant manages its own reception, pays for its own heating and lighting, insurance and other factors.
A key factor in the success of the centre is the flexibility of lease and tenancy agreements - and different levels of service. Agreements range from monthly licences to short term tenancy agreements, on to medium and longer term leases. All tenants benefit from the full time reception and office management and individually alarmed offices. Please see below for a list of facilities.
