The offices can cater from 1 - 200 workstations, whilst the units range from 995sq ft, 1500sq ft (All units come complete with a roller shutter, office and all the services listed below)
The services for offices and units include, business rates, heating, lighting, furniture, phone line rental / handsets as well as state of the art telecommunications and high speed broadband.
We are an NHS approved building, housing numerous large government organisations, as well as Smaller start up companies.
The reception facilities are manned by our professional on-site management team who can meet and greet your clients and answer your calls in your business name and manage them in accordance to your instructions.
The Liverpool Film Studios also provide meeting rooms available by the hour, virtual offices for those working from home.
