22,500 sq ft of laboratory and serviced office space and major expansion plans mean that this will increase to 100,000 sq ft. in the near future.
We currently have both laboratory and office accommodation available. Single rooms from 10 m2 (108 sq ft) through to 28 m2 (300 sq ft), or multiples of these rooms if required.
Due to our strong links with the Defence Science and Technology Laboratory and the Health Protection Agency (based on site), as well as providing tenant companies with professional support and infrastructure, we also offer access to world-class research and knowledge networks.
