Offices to let in an attractive Business Centre environment, on a landscaped site at Rivermead Drive, Westlea, Swindon, with easy access to Swindon Town centre and J16, M4 Motorway. There are a small number of industrial units also available to let.
The 31,894 ft² centre, purpose built in 2005, comprises 88 unfurnished office and workshop units in three buildings, set in an attractive landscaped courtyard setting. Facilities include a full time reception, licensees breakout area and meeting rooms, free car parking, and with all units Cat 5e wired with state of the art digital phones and superfast broadband.
Adjoining the centre are 16 new workshop units, available to let on longer leases for businesses requiring larger units.
All the offices and workshops are available on our unique rolling monthly licence 'easy in - easy out' licence agreement. This means you can stay as long as you wish or need, but move out with just two weeks notice. This allows you to relocate within the centre, expanding or contracting as circumstances dictate, or move on with only minimum of two weeks notice, and means the property element of your business is a straight forward fixed priced commodity, rather than an open ended liability.
Licence fee, payable monthly in advance by direct debit, is fully inclusive of all property costs, with no hidden extras. Business rates, property repairs, insurance, maintenance of common areas, management services, car parking and gas central heating is all included. You just pay for discounted phone, broadband and electricity costs.
Moving in couldn't be simpler. If we have a suitable unit for you, we require a small deposit, plus a licence fee payment in advance, and you can move in straight away. Most businesses are eligible for the centre, be they new start ups or established multinational corporations, but unfortunately no car trades in the workshops.
