The Knoll Business Centre in Hove is a managed, converted school building with 39 units ranging from 100sqft to 1950sqft. The units vary in style and shape due to the character of the original building but centre around the East and West courtyards.
The centre is within easy reach of the main A27 and A23, making Crawley/Gatwick approximately 30 minutes away and Brighton approximately 15 minutes away. Portslade town centre is within walking distance.
The offices, studios, light industrial units and mailbox services are let on a simple flexible licence agreement of 3, 6 or 12 months, allowing flexibility to suit individual requirements.
