This warehouse in Frome, Somerset is 5,000 sq ft of beautiful, light office, work desk & meeting space in Frome.
The renovated Victorian warehouse is situated in the conservation area of town. The space is cool, contemporary, relaxed & inspirational. The strong, ethical design is in line with beinghuman's sustainable ethos: sheep wool & recycled newspaper insulation, carbon neutral heating powered from renewable sources & a large, sunny garden.
beinghuman are based on the top floor creating multi media & events from their sound proofed studio & live/work space.
The ground & first floors are now ready for beinghuman members : artists, creatives & ethical companies to move in.
1-star Membership: Limitless use of shared desk space in shared workspace.
£25 per week plus VAT
2-star Membership: Own permanent desk space, with lockable filing cabinet in shared workspace.
£35 per week plus VAT
3-star Membership: Own lockable studio/ office with individual telephone/internet point ready to be connected if needed.
£50 per week plus VAT & bills.
The whole building is centrally heated during working hours, double glazed & all rooms have natural light & Wi Fi.
All members have a photo & short description of their work with a link to their website on the members page. There will also be a link to any warehouse events in the beinghuman newsletter going out to over 25,000 people each month.
All members have access to the ground floor cafe, ground floor meeting space, first floor shared workspace & toilets.
There is free street parking & a bike lock up. There is also dedicated parking spaces for 4 cars for an extra £10 per week, with priority given to 3-star members. All members can use the warehouse as their business postal address.
The downstairs event room is available to rent for meetings, screenings, rehearsal & workshops at £7 per hour, £25 per half day or £50 per day plus VAT.
The top floor event room is available for £10 per hour, £35 per half day or £70 per day plus VAT.
Members will be encouraged to participate in the yearly beinghuman summer weekend, the monthly arts cafe, open studio events during Frome Festival & the beinghuman Christmas event. As well as the ongoing in house ethical business events. Members can interact with the warehouse facebook, twitter & ning networks.
Members can also attend the beinghuman screenings, talks & alternative workshops in the studio space. All members pay 1 month's deposit & 1 month's rent in advance by direct debit. Members are free to leave with one complete month's notice.
