Ibstock is a small village in the county of Leicestershire, located between the towns of Coalville and Hinckley. The village derives its name from the old English name Ibestoche, which means “dairy farm”. A historic town, there are various landmarks and places of interest that can be found here. The Church of Saint Denis is a Gothic church, which is a major landmark here. The village has been home to a number of famous residents including Stephen Graham, Bernard Newman, Dorian West and William Laud.
