The price depends on which part of the building you are in, and range from £595 to £795 + VAT per workstation per month, however please note these prices are not set in stone and are negotiable depending on the length of the licence.
A workstation includes the following:
Furniture, air conditioning, CAT5 cabling, DDI telephone lines, telephones, a fax/modem line per office, cleaning, post delivered to your office, manned reception during office hours, shower facilities, a break-out room, kitchen facilities, on-site management, electricity, heating, business rates and 24 hour access to the building. You can also divert your calls through to our reception for up to 10 hours a week free of charge.
The building consists of two entrances, the main reception being at the larger of the two. There is a small waiting area there, and there is a break-out room in the basement. We also have shower facilities, kitchen facilities on each floor (there are 5 floors that can be occupied: 4 floors and a mezzanine) and two boardrooms, with the added option to hire any vacant offices on an hourly/daily/weekly etc. basis.
