Waterloo Office Space

Waterloo is the area around London's Waterloo Railway Station in the Lambeth area on the River Thames. This grand historic train station is the busiest in the United Kingdom with hundreds of thousands of commuters daily. It dates to 1848 and is named after the famous Battle of Waterloo in 1815 which defeated Napoleon and ended his rule as Emperor of France. The famous Waterloo Bridge, also called the Ladies Bridge because it was constructed by women, is here, as well as other grand bridges, landmark hotels, and historic churches such as Southwark Cathedral which dates to the 14th century and the Savoy Hotel which dates to 1889. Lambeth is a densely populated borough of London with many ethnic neighborhoods and languages, split into five town centers. This thriving, vibrant community in South London is a busy business, tourist, and residential location for many.

Waterloo is home to some famous attractions, like the London Eye, the largest Ferris wheel in Europe, the Tower of London, a historic building designed in 1066, and just across the Thames is Big Ben. There's the famous Tower Bridge built in 1894, the Golden Hinde, a full-size historical replica ship on the River Thames, and the Vinopolis, a fabulous tribute to wine with wine bars, a champagne bar, wine schools and clubs, and more about wine to taste, see, learn and do. There are many interesting museums to visit, like Winston Churchill's Britain at War Museum, the Imperial War Museum, or the Hornian Museum and Gardens. There are many nice restaurants, markets, and quick routes to Central London. Routes into and out of Waterloo are plentiful, from Waterloo Station, Westminster Bridge, Lambeth Bridge, and Heathrow and Gattrick airports.

Office space to rent can run from £12.00 to £54.00 per square foot for reasonable serviced business accommodations, and runs higher to £90.50 per square foot in nearby Mayfair and St. James. Furnished and unfurnished office space is available in Waterloo with flexible or long term leasing options and many serviced office spaces available from sparse warehouse environments to refurbished historical buildings to modern office building accommodations. Demand is high for office space to rent in this area of South London, but supply has kept up and rental incentives are available. The Business Centre in Waterloo is conveniently located directly across from Waterloo Station and offers whatever business office needs you may have. The planned redesign of public spaces around Waterloo Station over the next five years are sure to bring even more attractive office spaces into the area
