office space Cavendish square
Cavendish Square is an upmarket area in The City of Westminster in London's West End and is very close to Oxford Circle, where the famous Oxford Street and Regent Street shopping thoroughfares intersect. It is also nearby Harley Street, which is known for its medical establishments, as well as Portman Estate (specifically Portman Square). Cavendish Square is an extremely high-end business and residential area that attracts upmarket tenants and clientele. Situated on both major bus and tube routes, Cavendish Square is easy to reach and the nearest Underground station, Oxford Circus, is only a five minute walk to the south-east.
Cavendish Square is named after Henrietta Cavendish-Hollace, the wife of the Second Earl of Oxford, for whom the square was laid out in 1717 by John Prince as part of the development of the Earl's London estate. Many members of the London nobility, including the daughter of George II, Princess Amelia, the eccentric Fifth Duke of Portland and James Brydges, the First Duke of Chandos, built residences on the square and today one the square's main attractions is the bronze statue of Lord George Bentinck. Cavendish Square is also close to several famous London theaters, including the London Palladium, the Piccadilly and the Gielgud.
A fair amount of commercial office space in Cavendish Square is available for rent, including both serviced offices and virtual offices. Serviced offices in Cavendish Square go from anywhere between £395 and £950 per month and the advantage of choosing a serviced office is that there is no initial capital outlay and only the set monthly fee applies. Use of most of the building's amenities would be included this fee and, if further needs arise, further services are available on a pay-as-you-go basis. Cavendish Square office rentals offer a potential tenant flexible and unbranded serviced office space in one of London's most frequented areas.
Potential tenants should rent commercial office space in Cavendish Square only with the assistance of well known business center operators like Hudsons Property, Avanta Management Services, Regus and MERJS. Current commercial tenants with offices located in Cavendish Square include the Bumiputra Commerce Bank, the MWB BusinessExchange (another business center operator) and The Cranley Clinic. Development in the Cavendish Square area is ongoing with a number of significant commercial projects presently progressing, including the Oxford, Regent and Bond Street Action Plan. The Cavendish Square commercial tenant experience thus should only improve in future.
