We have several small/medium offices to rent in a nice friendly atmosphere.
We are located in the centre of York within walking distance of the train station and car parks. The offices and suites are arranged on the first, second and third floors of our four storey (listed) Georgian building which overlooks High Ouesgate, just a stones throw away from the river and all local amenities.
All offices are decorated, have carpeted floors, full central heating and a telephone line connected to British Telecom. We have a choice of furnished and unfurnished rooms; furnishing depends on the size of the room.
All licences are supplied with keys to their own office, plus keys to the building so that premises can be used outside office hours plus weekends.
