We offer all our units to let on a rolling two week licence. That means when you rent one of our units, you stay as long as you like (as long as you pay the inclusive rent and comply with the reasonable terms of the licence!) but only have to give two weeks notice. The licence is a simple two page document - no solicitors fees, no hidden extras.
You choose your unit, and as long as your business is suitable (i.e. it fits in with other businesses in a business centre environment, so no car trades for example), you pay a deposit of 5 weeks rent, then two weeks rent up front, and you move in! That simple. The only extras are digital phones and broadband and metered electricity, all at discounted rates. If you need furniture, then we can arrange supply, but all our units are let unfurnished, as we find most licensees prefer it this way.
