All of our serviced offices are air-conditioned, and are offered with free on site parking. Our licences are completely flexible, with terms ranging from 3 months to 5 years. The clear and simple licence fee covers rent, rates, utility bills, air-conditioning, furniture, site-wide security, cleaning and even tea and coffee! Many other business support services are provided, including fully trained reception services (calls answered in your company name), mail handling and full IT support. We also have fantastic meeting facilities in this great location - 3 bright and airy rooms, with capacities ranging from 2-40 people.
