Multi -occupied facility based within Strathclyde Business Park. The facility is has several business’s operating from it.
Car parking spaces are not allocated and are based on a first come first basis.The receptionist is in place to answer telephones should this be required and to welcome and direct visitors accordingly.
All communal areas are cleaned and inspected on a daily basis. All Business rates, electricity and heating are included in the rental charge. Each tenant is provided with one front door key and one office door key.
Facilities Management
All electrical equipment must be PAT tested on an annual basis. This is an additional charge and is managed by the facilities manager on behalf of the landlord (Scottish Enterprise).
Photocopier
The upper level has a colour photo copier for the use of the tenants to use this service a £50.00 deposit is required and all copies are invoiced at the end of each month. Should your spend be greater than £50.00 the deposit will increase accordingly.
Postal Service
The facilities office will have a franking machine for use, again a deposit is required for this service with all mail posted charged at the end of each month. In addition to his all mailed franked will be collected from the building at specific time as set by the Royal Mail.
Secretarial Services
We can provide support if any of the tenants require mail shots carried out etc. The cost for such services is to be agreed with the facility’s manager.
Meeting rooms
The building currently has two meeting rooms which can be hired at a rate of £12.00 per hour. All bookings are made through the reception and are charged on a monthly basis.
The minimum booking is for 1 hour, cancellations will be charged at normal rate should their be no prior notice (24hr)
The meeting rooms are hired to clients out with the facility so please ensure that you book in advance.
