The visitor reception, located in the main foyer will receive all clients and guests that visit you. Our highly professional and friendly receptionist will greet and sign-in your visitors and notify you of their arrival.
Post:
Post for all businesses located within the Centre is delivered and sorted Monday to Friday in reception and can normally be collected by 9.30 am. If you have any post for sending you are welcome to leave it with the receptionist who will ensure it is posted by 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
Couriers:
Courier deliveries and collections may also be left with the receptionist.
Telephone Answering:
We also offer a personal answering service during normal working hours (Monday to Friday 9am to 5.00pm). Our staff answer calls promptly and professionally then either announce callers or take detailed messages and ensure they are passed on to you in a timely manner. Prices for telephone answering start from £35+VAT pcm.
