The centre comprises of 16 offices, communal reception area, kitchens, shower room and offers ample car parking on site.

The full time centre manager can provide admin support, signpost funding/training opportunities, meet/greet clients.
The rent is inclusive (except for rates) and includes telephone lines, secure broadband connection and preferential conference room rates.

Terms are flexible Virtual tenancies are available from £25+vat per month and include postal services, telephone answering, admin support and preferential conference room rates.

The Suite

The Hot Desking Suite provides space, telephone and a wireless internet service, on an hourly or daily basis, for businesses. Whether you mainly work ‘on the road ‘ and need somewhere to check your emails or if you work from home and just need some quiet time and space this service is for you.

The Services

The Hot Desking Suite provides a desk and chair, a telephone and wireless internet connection. Other administrative services such as use of a photocopier and fax machine are also available.


The Cost

The Suite is available on an hour, half daily or daily basis. £5+vat per hour, £20+vat per half day or £35+vat per day. Telephone calls are recharged at 2.8ppm local/national, 14 -17ppm mobiles, 6-14ppm Europe.

Terms and Conditions

Upon arrival at the Hot Desking Suite you will be asked to sign a simple form with all our terms and conditions on.


Car Parking

Free car parking is available in the visitor parking area to your left as you enter the site but is subject to availability.


Extra Services Available

•Option to become a Virtual Tenant from just £25 per month
•Option to become a tenant from just £275+vat per month
•Photocopying available at 5p per A4 sheet mono, 25p per A4 sheet colour.
•Fax available from 5p per sent page and 8p per receiving page
•Conference Room hire:

The ground floor meeting room seats 16-20 people boardroom style, and between 30 and 50 people theatre style.

The first floor conference room seats 20 round the table, or 30 theatre-style. Facilities include plasma screen, TV, DVD and network access.

£20 + VAT per hour, £55 + VAT per half day (up to 4 hours) or £110 + VAT per day. Breakout rooms are available for same charge

Catering for meetings is available by arrangement through the Centre Manager and is quoted on an individual basis. All types of catering are available, from finger buffet / light snacks to full meals.

•Hot drinks can be ordered through the Centre Manager or there is a vending machine on the first floor. Coffee/tea is £1.20 per person.
