This site is owned and operated by SOS Worldwide Ltd and references below to "SOS" are to SOS Worldwide Limited. These Terms and Conditions should be read alongside the Copyright Notice and Disclaimer incorporated herein below and which also apply to your use of the SOS website. We offer a free service to tenants. We are remunerated by way of a referral fee by the landlords advertising their properties on our site.

1. Application of these Terms and Conditions
By accessing or using any part of this SOS website you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the Copyright Notice, the Disclaimer and Privacy policy. SOS may alter these Terms and Conditions, the Copyright Notice, the Disclaimer and Privacy policy at any time, at its sole discretion, without notice to you and you agree to be bound by the current version of them from time to time. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use this site.

2. No Contract
Please note that no part of the content of the SOS website apart from these Terms and Conditions, the Disclaimer and the Copyright Notice and Privacy Policy, constitutes any part of an invitation to treat, offer or contract.

We, of course, cannot guarantee that the Landlords to whom we supply your details will contact you e) By using the SOS website you consent to the above use of the information supplied by you to SOS f) A more detailed privacy policy is outlined above.

8. Availability
SOS will need to carry out maintenance of the SOS website from time to time and in addition there may be other interruptions and SOS does not warrant therefore that you will have access to the SOS website at all times, that the SOS website will be provided free of faults, or that the SOS website or the computer server from which it is made available do not contain viruses or other harmful components.
