Located on the Mediterranean Sea where the Turia River flows into the ocean, Valencia is the third largest city in Spain. The city faces the Gulf of Valencia. La Riua restaurant provides traditional Spanish food in a welcoming dining room filled with Spanish tiles and ceramics. There is lots of seafood on the menu, including a variety of paellas in addition to roasted pork, and spicy sausages.
Transport Information
There are two airports which serve the city of Valencia, the Valencia Airport is 9 km (5 miles) outside of the city and Alicante Airport is 170 km (106 miles) south of the city. For travel within the city public transport includes Metrovalencia, rail and buses. Valencia is well-connected by a number of major highways. The A3 directly links the city with the country’s capital, Madrid, and the E-15 provides an easy connection with Barcelona.
