We refer clients needing office space, virtual services or meeting rooms to Business Centres and Serviced Offices worldwide and were the first ever brokers to exclusively specialize in the Business Center Market. We would be delighted for you're Business Center to be registered on our website so that we can send you prospective clients that request your location.
Your listing can contain whatever description you prefer plus details of special offers as well as photos of the internal and external plus virtual tours if available.
We do not charge joining or listing fees. Also please note that when you register your business centre on our website it also appears on our affiliate/white label partner sites aswell eg
We invoice you only in the event that one of our referrals signs an agreement with you.
Our referral fees are 10% of the inclusive license fee for a period up to 12 months.
If the client initially signed for a shorter period than 12 months then we will invoice you a pro rata amount and then only issue renewal invoice(s) if they renew, up to 12 months.
Our Terms of Business are in line with the BCA (Business Centre Association http://www.bca.uk.com/ which we have been members of since 1993) terms and conditions between business centers and serviced office brokers. We are also long standing members of OBCAI http://www.obcai.org/ and received recognition for our services to the industry by recently being awarded Office Business Center "Associate Member of the Year".
