Receptionist.
Welcome visitors in a professional manner; announce their arrival to respective business partners and kindly offer them coffee or tea. Receptionists can book couriers and a range of other business services to meet your business needs.
Switchboard operators.
Calls will be answered in a professional manner; the respective company name will be stated and all calls will be appropriately redirected to the relevant contact.
Service Representatives.
Will ensure that the center is continuously working to meet expectations. They are always on-hand and often the first point of contact. They will ensure that clients are comfortable at all times and that their needs are met throughout their experience with us. Service Representatives constantly ensure that kitchens are stocked, offices and toilets are well maintained and that any necessary repairs or redecorations are quickly carried out.
Center managers.
Will take initiative to always ensure productivity and help clients with all their business requirements and ensuring that IT and Telecom services are operating properly and that new clients moving into their offices are fully satisfied.
Cleaners.
Will regularly maintain, clean and frequently inspect the communal areas, such as; Kitchens, toilets, hallways and break-out areas. Furthermore, the evening cleaners will clean and maintain all offices in preparation for the next working day.

Secretaries & administrators.
This chargable service will be available for any necessary administrative requirements. They will attend client meetings to fulfill tasks including taking notes, writing up minutes or providing general services such as photocopying or binding documents. Will be available upon request, to provide clients with meals or snacks for your meetings.
