Benefits of our "Corporate" Service - In order to benefit from our enhanced level of "Corporate" support, all we ask is that your requirement, regardless of the number of locations, exceeds 10 workstations. We will require a short period of grace, in order for us to carry out the necessary research on your behalf, to allow us the opportunity to identify a tailor made solution that suits your specific requirements, ensuring that your final decision is an educated one.
Research - Once this is in place, if you prefer, we will field the initial sales calls from the Business Centre Operators. We gather the information on your behalf: match the profile of your requirement against availability; ensure that the required infrastructure such as IT and Telecom's is in place; check the level of service and support; as well as total occupancy costs. A schedule containing a shortlist will be produced incorporating our recommendations - where practical, we will accompany you on tours of your preferred Centres. We will then assist you all the way through to completion.
Impartial - We have no ties to any particular Business Centre Operator or property group, enabling us to provide you with impartial and independent advice. This service is comprehensive and provides you with a very professional level of support at no cost to you, saving you considerable time and effort.
