If you are an Office Agency Surveyor with client's requirements for short term, temporary space or Serviced Offices, or if you have office space enquiries that you do not have time to handle (eg small requirements or clients looking outside of your normal territory), we can help you create a whole new revenue stream.
We have a complete database of Serviced Offices which includes large, national and multi-national groups as well as medium and independent operators. Before your clients sign on the dotted line they should make an "educated choice" which they will be able to do after they have considered a tailor made and customised shortlist of Centres that match their requirements. With our help you can provide them with this and they will very much appreciate your efforts.
You can refer SOS the enquiry, then leave the rest to us. We "hold the clients hand" and keep you in the loop by sending you fortnightly progress updates by email and giving you a unique user name and password which grants you access to your own personal section of our site, that lists the clients that you have referred and the progress we are making.
