A major 390,000-square-foot office building is planned for Austin, Texas. The new skyscraper will be located at Third and Colorado
This follows on several other announcements of major building projects in the city. According to reports this boom is inspired by “a wave of young residents who have embraced a fledgling urban lifestyle in Texas’s capital.”
The project is scheduled to begin this year and is aimed at “hi-end, hi-tech employees” who will be looking for short lease executive offices.
